Let me tell you the 8 principles to making an income online ethically, responsibly, and consistently.
Principle 1: Determine Where To Spend Your Time
Post content online.
But don’t try to grow multiple social media accounts at the same time.
It’s nearly impossible when starting out.
Pick one first.
✍️ Use Twitter or LinkedIn if you love writing.
🎥 Go to Instagram, TikTok, or Youtube if you’re good on camera.
Principle 2: Be A Specialist First. A Generalist Later.
What specialty do you want to be known for?
Personally, I’m focused on helping my clients launch their products, coaching services, and paid communities.
Specializing in this topic has attracted wealth to my life.
I’m currently working with 7 different business owners.
To get started, create content showing your expertise.
And frame each piece of content through the lens of your specialty.
Let me explain.
Ex 1: A fitness coach can show how to be more productive at the gym.
Ex 2: A marketer can show how fixing his health made him better at his job.
This way, you’re not stuck to one topic.
The secret to making this work is to tie the topics to your specialty.
Principle 3: Optimize Your Bio
Your bio is your real estate.
Your bio needs to show:
🙋♂️ Who is your audience?
❓ Your account’s theme (your specialty)?
🔗 CTA (Call to action)

Principle 4: Polarize By Design
Nobody likes dull content.
Be opinionated at the risk of ruffling a few feathers.
To polarize like a pro, find a common enemy.
Is it a bad boss? Hustle-culture? An app? A programming language?
Talk smack about it.
And offer a better alternative.
But avoid antagonizing individuals.
Principle 5: Open Source Everything
“Open source is source code that is made freely available for possible modification and redistribution” – Wikipedia.
In other words, share a lot of free content.
Because each piece of free content you post becomes a marketing asset that lasts forever.
(I’ll be talking about this in my upcoming course, The Creator System 🤫)
Principle 6: Drive Engagement By Becoming Relatable
Being relatable drives engagement.
The trick to becoming relatable is to tell your life stories
So share your wins and pains.
The rawer, the better.
Principle 7: Build Your Link In Bio Page
A Link In Bio page is a landing page to promote relevant information about your brand:
📦 Products
🤝 Services
📩 Newsletter
Build your Link In Bio page with LinkTree.
Principle 8: Launch A Newsletter
Marketers say that the money is on the list.
They’re right.
Start a newsletter.
My go-to software is ConvertKit.
Bonus Principle: Be A Shameless Selfpromoter
Promote yourself prolifically and unapologetically.
Stop caring about what people will think of you.
Share content.
Pitch your offers.
Make money.
