I’m about to reveal the secret sauce to (almost) always getting paid for your coaching services.
Picture this: You’ve got a potential client on a sales call.
And they’re on the fence about whether to join or not.
They just can’t make up their mind.
So they force you to whip out your secret weapon.
And now you have to hit them with this beauty:
“Hey, CLIENT, I know this is a huge decision, and I totally get it. So I’ve got something else for you. Do you mind if I tell you?”
You pause and wait for their eager “yes,” and dive in:
“Alright, let’s have a kickoff call to discuss your goals and create an action plan together. The call has a small investment. But if you don’t love it, you get your money back. And if you love it, I’ll take the cost of the call off the total investment should you want to start working together. Sound good?”
Wait for the “tell me more,” and say:
“Sweet, so let’s create your action plan together. And if it’s not for you, you get your money back. If you love it, I’ll knock off the investment from my coaching program. And we can start right away for $500.”
You repeat yourself again before saying the price.
And then you just wait for their answer.
You’ve just unlocked the hidden door to securing a yes at the end of the call.
Sure, there’s a tiny risk that you might have to refund them.
But your potential client will feel like you’ve rolled out the red carpet of low risk, making it way more likely for them to say yes.
Now, all that’s left is to blow their minds with value during the Kickoff call.
And at the end, show them why they absolutely need your coaching program.
